Mata has a global producer of wood and carbon fiber interior decorative parts for global automotive manufacturers worldwide. Mata is looking for a Logistics Specialist for its global supply chain organization with the following qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Execute distribution management in al aspects,
• Knowledge of global transportation and freight laws,
• Experience in international trading operations: documentation, payment, and delivery terms in international trade and logistics transactions
• Support Production, Project, Sales, and Administrative teams with logistics needs (tracking, inventory requests, product launches, etc.)
• Track al import-based transactions day by day.
• Support transportation’s freight recovery activities,
• Support logistics budget, report, and follow logistics costs,
• Support customs operations.

Core Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Foreign Trade or Logistics Operations experience,
• Advanced level in English and native in Turkish,
• Graduated from Administrative Management, International Trade or Engineering Faculties,
• Strong Microsoft and PC skills (SAP knowledge is a plus),
• Experience in import transactions,
• Demand planning and forecasting experience is a plus,
• Detail-oriented and well-organized,
• High level of motivation, internal and external customer-centric approach,
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously,
• Resident in Istanbul Anatolian side or Gebze.
